Your driveway sounds like a BMW dealer lot. Btw, all cars are parked next to each other, so there are no geographical differences. I cannot figure out what is going on with my M60 app. Spouse's iX 50, our B8 Alpina and son's i4 app are working still 100% every time. I have done the whole thing where you uncheck all Data, re-set iDrive by holding down the volume button, etc. If it works and I send a climate command, I cannot send another one (say to end the climate or lock/unlock). It then takes 3-8 attempts to send a command. It says Something went wrong almost right away. On a related note, the iDrive 8.5 we first saw on the i7 M70 is coming to the next-gen 5 Series debuting later this month before arriving in the higher-end X models. It updates range and location quite well, but sending a climate command is now terrible. But for 2 weeks now, the My BMW app in my M60 is not good. The new BMW M3 2023 with iDrive 8 was unveiled earlier this year, but this is our first opportunity to see the sedan in a walkaround video with the company’s latest infotainment system. My M60 is our 3rd iX and our son's new i4 e40 is our 2nd i4 and the My BMW app worked flawlessly 100% of the time. Otherwise, it’s still the same great looking, brutally fast performance SUV. IDrive 8 is working great in the car, besides from ultra random behaviors.Upon start up, it's a fun game to see what menu/screen iDrive 8 is going to be on Satellite Presets? Ambient lighting? Climate Menu? Live Vehicle? Door lock settings? :-o So having iDrive 8 is both a help and a hinderance, depending on how you view its climate controls.
