Don’t beat yourself up! Just evaluate, make changes as necessary, and keep moving forward! You can work later on lowering those monthly bills, but it’s important to get an accurate count for each category at first. Be realistic! If you’re actually spending $600 per month on groceries, write that in. Go through all your monthly bills and track what you’re spending in each category.
